• 1. How will I get Updates on Question & Answers?

  Our Interactive Testing engine is connected with Server if the product is Activated for Online use. In this case if Question & Answers are update on our end your product will automatically update your software when connected to Internet.

• 2. Are your updates free?

  Yes, Updates are provided free of cost for 90 days from date of original product purchase. Once the product has expired (90 days have passed, without renewing) the product(s) will be removed from the Member's Area.

• 3. How often are your products updated?

  Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study materials to accurately reflect the Current Exams.

• 4. Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?

  Expired products can be repurchased/renewed at 30% discount from within your Members' Area for another 90 day access.

• 5. Are there products that have more than 90 days of free updates?

  Questions & Answer Products can be purchased for 6 months and 1 year access on special request under Testking Licensing Program. Usually it's a good option for Institutes/corporate for longer term and High Volume users. Please contact manager@testking.com for more information.

• 6. How do I know that there has been an update?

  There are several ways to tell if there has been an update:

  - For iPAD and Testing Engine products just start use the product. Updates will be downloaded automatically.
  - The New Releases section on www.testking.com. You will notice the rapid updates here. Testking makes several updates every day.
  - Number of Questions can often be matched from your products and the ones that are mentioned on website for a rough match.

  In general, we recommend that you should always check for any Exam 3-4 days before you schedule the exam.

• 7. How will I update my Study Guide?

  Updated Study Guide (PDF) for any Exam can be downloaded from Member's Area simply.

• 8. There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?

  The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could remove History from Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.

• 9. My Product had before a lot of questions but their number has decreased a lot after this update. What is the reason behind this?

  Testking always ensures that you study only the Questions that are necessary for Exam so Product Teams keeps of changing the Number of Questions in updates.
