Purchasing a Product

  • 1. How do I purchase the products?

    All you need to do is choose the product, select them and add to cart. Then finally proceed to payment using any of the available Payment options. Note: only Questions and Answers (Q&A) products purchased from Testking.com include Microsoft Windows version.

  • 2. How long will it take for the products to be delivered to me?

    You can Access the Products right after purchase. Usually it takes no longer than several minutes.

  • 3. I am not sure if my payment was successful or not?

    You will receive an E-mail confirmation from payment-processing company I you credit card was charged successfully for the Testking Purchase.

  • 4. My Card was charged for purchase but I never received Testking Products?

    Some orders are manually reviewed. Your products should be available within 12 hours. If more than 12 hours has passed then it might be some error in Transaction/or product activation. Please e-mail billing@testking.com including date of purchase and your e-mail ID used to make payment. Do not forget to include the mode used to make payment. Individuals with payments through card should include the Full Name on Credit Card used too.

  • 5. The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?

    - Please fill in all fields in the "credit card payment" form.
    - Double check, or re-enter your credit card and billing information.

    If you continue to have difficulties, please call your Bank to confirm if your card can be used for online purchase. You can also contact billing@testking.com for further assistance in payment.

  • 6. I don't have a Credit Card is there any other way I can pay for my Purchase?

    Don't Worry there are several ways to pay for your Testking products. Options are available for PayPal, Bank Wire, Western Union, or MoneyBookers. E-mail billing@testking.com of you need assistance with payment.

  • 7. Which credit cards does Testking accept?

    We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron and Maestro.

  • 8. Is my Credit Card Information Secure at your site?

    Absolutely. In fact we never see your personal information regarding payment. The information goes directly through payment processor. The processor checks the information provided, verifies the card, and then redirects you back to Testking.com with an approval or decline.

  • 9. Are you downloadable Product free of any Virus?

    Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. Website security is daily checked by McAfee antivirus software company and www.testking.com is confirmed as a hacker-safe website.

  • 10. Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?

    We at Testking respect your right to privacy and therefore we will never share any information with third-parties. The only email you will receive will come from us. You can select your account to be included/excluded in our mail list from Member's Area.

  • 11. Do I receive a receipt?

    Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and is also stored in your Member's Area for easy access.
