  • 1. How do I download purchased Product?

    - Go to www.testking.com
    - Find Members Login Area and log in using the Username and Password.
    - You will see latest purchased products in the "Current Products" section. Click on the required Exam to Download.

  • 2. I need further download instructions. Where can I find it?

    If you are facing difficulties in downloading the Testking Product Please download the Instruction PDF here. If you still encounter difficulties accessing or finding your products, please contact support@testking.com for assistance or catch the online Chat Support Staff.

  • 3. On how many computers I can download Testking Software?

    Testking Products can be downloaded and activated on a maximum of two PCs. Attempting to download it at more than 2 locations will result in blocking of Your Account.

  • 4. How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
