Exam UM0-300: OCUP Advanced Exam

If you happen to work as a programmer in the IT department of your company, and you work with UML (Unified Modeling Language), you would do your company a great service by verifying and qualifying your skills and knowledge of the programming language by passing the UM0-300: OCUP Advanced exam. This way you not only have the skills to design and write programs using the UML code, but you also prove you can do so because you are certified.

By taking and passing the UM0-300 exam, you qualify to be a manager of the UML Development Team you may have established within your company. By passing the Advanced exam, you can work with a full range of UML elements. You can also create extremely large, complex UML models when required.

There are ten sections the exam covers along with a percentage of questions for each section:

Activity Diagrams (Advanced) 15%
Deployment Diagrams (with Components) 15%
State Machine Diagrams (Protocol State Machines) 15%
Miscellaneous Advanced Constructs and Diagramming 10%
Language Architecture 10%
Object Constraint Language 10%

There will be a total of 58 questions with a 90 minute time frame to complete the exam. You need to get at least 29 to pass the exam and get certified.
