Exam UM0-200: OCUP Intermediate Exam

If you happen to work as a programmer in the IT department of your company, and you work with UML (Unified Modeling Language), you would do your company a great service by verifying and qualifying your skills and knowledge of the programming language by passing the UM0-200: OCUP Intermediate exam. This way you not only have the skills to design and write programs using the UML code, but you also prove you can do so because you are certified.

By taking and passing the UM0-200 exam, you qualify to be a senior member of the UML Development Team you may have established within your company. By passing the Intermediate exam, you can work with a broad range of UML elements. You can also create complex UML models when required.

There are eight sections the exam covers along with a percentage of questions for each section:

Composite Structure Diagrams (Intermediate) 15%
Component Diagrams (Basic) 15%
Action Model (Intermediate) 10%
Activity Diagrams (Intermediate) 15%
Interaction Diagrams (Intermediate) 15%
State Machines (Behavioral) 15%
Deployment Diagrams (Basic, without Components) 5%
Profiles 10%

There will be a total of 70 questions with a 90 minute time frame to complete the exam. You need to get at least 31 to pass the exam and get certified.
