Convergence Technologies Professional (CTP)

This entry-level certification validates core knowledge of convergence industry standards and protocols, infrastructure, signaling, basic telephony, Voice over IP (VoIP), topology convergence, and the skills required to perform jobs related to these technologies. It is intended as a stepping stone toward product-specific and vendor-specific convergence technologies certifications. CTP is accepted as an equivalent to the Avaya Certified Associates core exam.
