  2. How do I claim guarantee?
    If for any reason you have failed to pass your Exam Please e-mail billing@testking.com including your failed result report. Also include the referred solution as many customers would prefer product Extension or Product Exchange instead of refund.

  3. How do I ask for a refund?
    In the event that we cannot help you pass with our Products or service we will either credit your testking account for future purchase. Additionally if you need refund please contact billing@testking.com
