The Dell Certification Program, one of the first skills-based programs of its kind, combines core product knowledge with hands-on experience building and managing standards-based Dell solutions. Participants must pass skills-based examinations, which validate their ability to correctly implement, manage and support Dell products in real-world scenarios

Program Purpose
- Certification: Ensure Dell Service technicians dispatched to customer sites have completed Associate DCSE certification exams.
- Technical Training: Transfer knowledge and skills required to install and service Dell products through classroom and self-study training.

DCSE Program is specifically designed for technicians that install and service Dell products including: Dell Service Provider Dell, Dell Installation Service Provider and Dell Tech Support Technicians
