Avaya Certified Associate (ACA)

Overview
The ACA (Avaya Certified Associate) Certification is required to pursue any higher-level Avaya credential. Successful completion of the CompTIA Convergence+ or CTP 2007 industry exam along with a Product Elective Exam in an aligned area solution is required to achieve the credential.
