Exam 920-803: NCSS - Carrier VoIP Communication Server 2000 XA-Core

If you happen to have a Carrier VoIP Communication Server on your premises, you will obviously have to maintain, configure, and perform daily operations on it. To do this you must have a qualified technician who has passed a few tests, one of which is the 920-803. The other exams that the technician needs to pass are the 920-180: Real-Time Networking exam and the 920-532: Communications Server 2000 XA-Core Operations & Maintenance exam. Actually, if the technician has already passed the 920-801 VoIP Technology exam, there is no need to take the 920-803, as 920-801 counts toward the VoIP Specialist certifications.

If you are the technician for your company and you did take and pass the 920-801, you will only need to pass the other two tests. But if you did not take it, you will need to pass all three. This includes 920-803, 920-180, and the 920-532. To prepare yourself for these tests, it would be good to get an idea as to what is covered under the exam.
