Oracle certifications are in high demand by the employers all over the world.  Many worldwide businesses using Oracle products including databases, ERP, CRM and software solutions so there is a great need for the people who possesses the Oracle certifications and the excellent technical skills and good knowledge of the related products. There are three major job roles for the Oracle certified people i.e. database administrators, application developer and web administrator.

Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)

A DBA possesses the major role in an organization.  The job responsibilities include managing the medium to large database applications and oracle databases.  A DBA is also responsible for the deployment, backup, installation, recovery and troubleshooting the database.

An Oracle DBA is expected to excellent communication, technical skills, real world on-job experience, knowledge of databases theory and good hands on experience in the Oracle databases and technologies.
