Exam 050-658: Service and Support

Novell’s 050-658: Service and Support exam is one of the core requirements for the Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) 5 certification. The test covers about 120 questions and takes about 90 minutes to complete. The test will cover every area about the Novell operating system and will problems questions dealing with service and support issues. 

If you are the network administrator for your network where you work, and you do not have the 050-658: Service and Support certification as yet, you owe it to yourself to get it, or you may not be able to handle issues when they arise. If you do have the certification, the first time you hear of a hardware conflict or need to configure the operating system to handle a new application or tool, you’ll be able to jump right in with no problem.
